How do I return an item?

 

Shipping Information: 

The Down Comforter Store will ship your order free to any location within the contiguous United States. We try our best to ship orders within 24 hours (with the exceptions of custom made orders). All orders that ship within the US are FREE SHIPPING via Fedex Home Delivery (4-7 business days), unless checked differently. Orders to Canada will be charged a flat shipping fee as checked on the order. Please contact us for shipping cost to other countries. Expedited shipping is available - please contact us.


RETURNS:
We make returns easy; simply return your order within 30 days from purchase date.

We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Please circle or write the item you wish to return on a copy of your original packing slip or on this paper.
Please write a reason for return.
Items that are marked: "Special Order", "Final Sale" or "Closeout" are non-returnable.
All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer, unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
We cannot accept returns of non-defective down products or linens that are used, laundered, or soiled. We are legally required to destroy those. If your order contains bed sheets or Duvet Cover set, these are only returnable if they have not been removed from the package.
Signs of usage are e.g. staining, hairs (human or pets) or other material attached to the fabric or odors, etc.
Orders with Bed sheets or Duvet Cover Sets that have been unfolded and/or washed are not returnable.
You can expect a credit within 7 days of our receiving your returned product.
